The VET Circle is a dynamic project that follows the success of “Creating VET Business Partnerships for WBL” KA202 project. Our aim is to bolster work-based learning (WBL) across North Macedonia, Greece, Bulgaria, and Turkey.
We draw inspiration from the Dutch dual system. As such, our project focuses on three key objectives:

Through enhanced communication and collaboration, we’re bridging the gap between VET schools, Chambers of Commerce, and businesses. Our innovative web platform serves as a catalyst, facilitating seamless interactions and fostering a thriving VET ecosystem.
A transformative tool facilitating connections between companies and students. Companies gain access to skilled students, while students showcase their talents to potential employers. This platform serves as a comprehensive listing of students, enabling employers to evaluate their suitability for roles effectively.
Our second outcome features specialized lectures for company mentors, highlighting the advantages of training VET students. This training fosters seamless integration of students into the workforce, potentially opening doors to future employment opportunities.
Our third achievement offers teachers insightful lectures on work-based learning processes. These resources empower teachers to incorporate these practices into their VET school curriculums, ensuring students receive a well-rounded education aligned with industry demands.
